Additional to my treatments and coaching I offer a variety of workshops, courses, trainings and events to deepen your understanding and connection to your self and your different layers aswell as your connection to this earth and the abundance we are provided with.
My trainings often take place on a small Island in the danish Caribbean so you can join them retreat style and focus on yourself & your transformational processes and detach from everyday life and city distraction and thereby come home to your essence.
In addition I offer online trainings aswell as you can book me for your events to teach on a certain topic and enrich your offerings in sisterhood.

Reiki 1 – the beginning of the path

In this training, you will learn to consciously perceive, explore, and deeply connect with Reiki — and through it, with yourself.
Immerse yourself in an intuitive and gentle form of body and energy work that holds the power to ease emotional pain, stress, and physical symptoms, as well as to support you in recognizing and transforming old, limiting patterns.
This training is multidisciplinary, enriched by my holistic knowledge and experience, and includes many practical exercises and meditations.
We will also learn and practice the foundations of Reiki treatment so that after the course, you can treat yourself, your loved ones, and even animals.
Reiki I is the first step towards becoming a professional practitioner, and above all, a beautiful and enriching gift to yourself.
You do not need any previous knowledge except an open heart and an open mind.
After the course, I recommend a 21-day integration phase, during which you refrain from alcohol and treat yourself daily.

- History and origin of Reiki / What is Reiki
- Reiki as a path: Core values and Reiki philosophy
- Chakras: Energy centers of the body in Reiki practice
- The Reiki ritual: Gassho, Reij-Ho, Chiryo
- Byosen: The art of listening without words
- Learning and performing self-treatments and treatments for others
- Intention vs. will, boundaries, and responsibility as a Reiki practitioner
- Initiation ceremony into the First Degree of Reiki
During the course, you will receive a comprehensive and lovingly designed Reiki Level I manual as well as a certificate of completion.
Tea, water and snacks are provided throughout the day.

Reiki Level II – the inner teachings
NEW DATE: 8th – 10th of october 2026

Reiki Level II is the next step on your Reiki journey. You will learn to guide energy more consciously and use Reiki in a focused way—both for yourself and for those you support. This training helps you create gentle, meaningful shifts in your life and fosters greater inner balance.
In this course, you will deepen your connection with universal life energy and explore a variety of practical ways to apply it. You will be introduced to the first three Reiki symbols and mantras, which allow you to expand your practice—whether for distance treatments, cleansing spaces or objects, or restoring energetic harmony.
A central focus of the training is working with mental and emotional blocks: you will learn to identify and release limiting beliefs, helping energy flow freely again. At the same time, we explore the structure and content of professional treatments, so your sessions become more intuitive, compassionate, and effective—for yourself and for those you guide.
You will receive a carefully crafted Reiki Level II manual and a certificate of completion. Throughout the day, tea, water, and light snacks will be available to support your well-being and we will have a delicious, three course lunch included on each training day.
The training concludes with your initiation into Reiki Level II—a meaningful step on your journey toward clarity, balanced energy, and conscious living.

Reiki Level III – the mastery
an 8 month 1:1 journey
online or in person, with your ceremonial inititation in Hamburg or on Ærø
THE REIKI MASTER TRAINING
Reiki Level 3 relates to self-mastery, which we know doesn’t happen overnight!
It is a process of living and learning from a place of inner power. It is about knowing
who you are and stepping into this earthly life, to reflect and serve with who you are,
unique and beautiful.
Therefore, this Reiki Level III Training guides you through an 8 month journey to
embodied mastery. It includes 1 opening session (1h), a 7 module journey with regular
homework, self-practice, meditation and a 1:1 meeting with me for each module (1,5 h
whether in person or online). The Reiki Master Teaching will conclude by a meeting in-
person for your personal, festive initiation to celebrate you.
Throughout your studies, I am available to you with personal support for any
questions and uncertainties that may arise. Our work together can be tailored to the
pace that suits your needs. After every session you will receive training documents for
the next module via PDF, along with some enriching guided meditation audio
recordings. Of course, upon your initiation you receive your Reiki Master certificate.

The Liver – key organ for female well-being, hormonal balance & radiant skin
In this approx. 3.5-hour online workshop, we open a gentle and informative space to explore one of the most central yet often overlooked organs of the female body: the liver.
The timing of this workshop in early spring is intentional. Spring is the season of rising fluids, movement, and renewal. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is the time of the liver, the organ associated with flow, adaptability, and the ability to change. Supporting the liver during this season can enhance vitality, emotional flexibility, and hormonal balance.
Far beyond detoxification, the liver plays a crucial role in skin health and radiance, hormonal regulation, emotional balance, stress resilience, and topics such as headaches and migraines, vision, energy levels, and mental clarity.
This workshop invites you to understand the liver as a subtle regulator connecting body, hormones, emotions, and inner movement — accessible, holistic, and grounded in practical knowledge.
Topics:
- the role of the liver in female hormonal health
(cycle, PMS, perimenopause) - connections between liver function, skin health, radiance & eyesight
- possible liver-related aspects of headaches and migraines
- the liver as an organ of flow, adaptability, and emotional movement
- supportive, everyday approaches to liver care
The workshop includes:
- simple herbal recipes and practical recommendations
- meditations and gentle exercises to support liver function and inner flow
- several intentional breaks for rest, reflection, and integration
- a comprehensive handout for ongoing reference and integration.
