Additional to my treatments and coaching I offer a variety of workshops, courses, trainings and events to deepen your understanding and connection to your self and your different layers aswell as your connection to this earth and the abundance we are provided with.
My trainings often take place on a small Island in the danish Caribbean so you can join them retreat style and focus on yourself & your transformational processes and detach from everyday life and city distraction and thereby come home to your essence.
In addition I offer online trainings aswell as you can book me for your events to teach on a certain topic and enrich your offerings in sisterhood.

Reiki 1 – the beginning

Life energy flows through all living things: Reiki – in this training you will learn to consciously perceive it, to explore it and to connect deeply and actively with it and thus also with yourself. Immerse yourself in an intuitive & gentle way of body and energy work that has the power to relieve emotional pain, stress and physical symptoms, as well as to help you recognise and break through old, obstructive patterns.
The training is multidisciplinary, is enriched by all my knowledge and work and contains many practical exercises and meditations. You will also learn the basics of treatment so that you can treat yourself, your loved ones and animals afterwards.
Reiki I is the first step towards becoming a professional practitioner, but above all it is a
wonderful, enriching gift to yourself.
You do not need any previous knowledge except an open heart and an open mind.
After the course, I recommend a 21-day integration phase during which you abstain from
alcohol and treat yourself daily. About 4 weeks after the end of the course I offer a final
meeting online to discuss open questions and exchange experiences.

- History and origin of Reiki
- What is Reiki
- Reiki as a path: Basic values / Reiki philosophy
- Chakras: Energy centres of the body in the work with Reiki
- The Reiki ritual: Gassho, Reij-Ho, Chiryo
- Byosen: The art of listening without words
- Learning and performing self and external treatments
- Intention vs intention, boundaries and responsibility as a Reiki practitioner
- Initiation ceremony for the first Reiki level.
As part of the course you will receive a comprehensive, lovingly designed Reiki Level I
manual and a certificate
The training also includes a daily simple but nutritious vegetarian lunch in the group. Tea,
water and snacks are provided throughout the day.

Reiki Level II – the inner teachings
NEW DATE: 15th-17th of AUGUST 2025

Reiki level II is the a further step on your way to become a preofessional practitioner and to strengthening and refine the energy you are channeling to a more advanced level. After you can use it on a higher level for yourself and others and/or if you would like to focus on making more specific changes in any area of your life.
In this teaching you deepen your connection with universal life force and learn a variety of effective ways to use it. You will become attuned to the first three symbols and mantras and thereby learn to increase the use of reiki for example for distance treatments or energetic clearing of rooms and things. You learn to work with and solve mental and emotional blockages and dissolution of unwanted, unpleasant beliefs and patterns and rebalance energy. And we also focus on how to treat others professionally, sensitively and responsibly by deepening the understanding on content & process of treatments.
You receive a comprehensive, beautifully curated Reiki Level II manual and a certificate.
We will have simple but nourishing vegetarian lunch together during training days.
Tea, water & snacks are provided all day.
The training closes by your initiation to Reiki level II.

Reiki Level III – the mastery
an 8 month 1:1 journey
online or in person, with your ceremonial inititation in Hamburg or on Ærø
THE REIKI MASTER TRAINING
Reiki Level 3 relates to self-mastery, which we know doesn’t happen overnight!
It is a process of living and learning from a place of inner power. It is about knowing
who you are and stepping into this earthly life, to reflect and serve with who you are,
unique and beautiful.
Therefore, this Reiki Level III Training guides you through an 8 month journey to
embodied mastery. It includes 1 opening session (1h), a 7 module journey with regular
homework, self-practice, meditation and a 1:1 meeting with me for each module (1,5 h
whether in person or online). The Reiki Master Teaching will conclude by a meeting in-
person for your personal, festive initiation to celebrate you.
Throughout your studies, I am available to you with personal support for any
questions and uncertainties that may arise. Our work together can be tailored to the
pace that suits your needs. After every session you will receive training documents for
the next module via PDF, along with some enriching guided meditation audio
recordings. Of course, upon your initiation you receive your Reiki Master certificate.

– Individual guidance on your own personal development and finding your true self and innate worthiness
